Message	review everything you touched - willing to bet its either the PTU or the sub-harness (that awful mess of wires used to replace recalled PTUs with new units). Assuming you did the flush using just the radiator hoses (not heater hoses) -- not a lot of things that can be messed with in that area which keeps the car from running...
